Broth, chicken or beef

1 cup can be substituted with:

• 1 cup boiling water, 1 bouillon cube OR
• 1 cup boiling water, 1 tsp bouillon crystals OR
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce plus enough water to make 1 cup OR
• 1 cup vegetable broth
