Sour Cream (for baking)

1 cup can be susbtituted with:

  • 3/4 cup sour milk or buttermilk, 1/3 cup butter OR
  • 1 cup plain yogurt, 1 tsp baking soda OR
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, 7/8 cup plus 1 tbsp evaporated milk
