- 1 cup water plus 1 1/2 tsp butter (in baking) OR
- 1 cup reconstituted nonfat dry milk plus 2 1/2 tsp butter
- 1 cup soy milk OR
- 1 cup rice milk OR
- 1 cup water or juice OR
