Balsamic Vinaigrette (Honey Garlic)

Use this vinaigrette on any salad to dress it up with a symphony of tastes in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Crushed garlic
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together except Olive oil.
  2. Using a whisk, whisk the olive oil into the vinegar mixture adding only 1 teaspoon at a time.
  3. The vinaigrette should thicken and become homogenised. (if not, keep whisking vigorously until it does and adding only very little olive oil at a time).
  4. Pour over salad, toss, serve immediately.

Tips

  • Serving size is based on my salad dressing preference (Enough for 3 salads for 4 people each). Drizzling more or less over your salad will affect its nutritional value.
