Ingredients

Honey
1 1/2

Dijon mustard

Crushed
garlic

balsamic vinegar
Salt
Pepper

olive oil
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together except Olive oil.
Using a whisk, whisk the olive oil into the vinegar mixture adding only 1 teaspoon at a time.
The vinaigrette should thicken and become homogenised. (if not, keep whisking vigorously until it does and adding only very little olive oil at a time).
Pour over salad, toss, serve immediately.
Tips
Serving size is based on my salad dressing preference (Enough for 3 salads for 4 people each). Drizzling more or less over your salad will affect its nutritional value.
