Montreal Steak Spice

One of those classic Montreal recipes that every Montrealer is proud of calling their own

4 tablespoons coarse sea salt
2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
2 tablespoons dehydrated garlic
2 tablespoons granulated onion
1 tablespoon coarsely ground coriander seeds
1 tablespoon mustard seed
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon crushed fennel seeds

Mix all together
Store in airtight container up to 3 months
Serve with Steak
