Ingredients

3 tablespoons Honey

1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Crushed garlic

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Salt
-
Pepper

1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together except Olive oil.
- Using a whisk, whisk the olive oil into the vinegar mixture adding only 1 teaspoon at a time.
- The vinaigrette should thicken and become homogenised. (if not, keep whisking vigorously until it does and adding only very little olive oil at a time).
- Pour over salad, toss, serve immediately.
Tips
- Serving size is based on my salad dressing preference (Enough for 3 salads for 4 people each). Drizzling more or less over your salad will affect its nutritional value.
