Salvado del arce y mollete del desayuno de la fruta
Este mollete maravilloso es una manera deliciosa de comenzar su mañana apagado con la fibra, el hierro, el calcio, el potasio, las vitaminas y los antioxidantes. Tiene una base esponjosa ligera con una amplia gama de texturas y de sabores para dar a nuestras mañanas ese salto-principio delicioso del retroceso nuestro día.
Agradezca la calidad que éstos pueden ser calientes comido.
¿Cuál es el secreto a la pequeña mordedura de la alegría? Tiene una pequeña cantidad de esos ingredientes básicos (harina, el huevo…) y una porción entera de esos suplementos maravillosos (frutas, nueces, crujido, sabor)… ¿Y la sorpresa? Ha hecho con Todo-Salvado y cereal especial de K.
Sírvalo encima de fresco fuera del horno – mientras que aún es caliente – con una masa de la mantequilla y/o de su atasco preferido para un sacador adicional del yumminess.
Algunos nota al margen: Esta receta se hace con suero. Si usted no puede encontrar el suero en su tienda local, usted puede conseguir la receta para el suero en mi página de los substitutos.
Si el lote entero de molletes no desaparece en uno va, usted puede recalentarlos en el horno por 5 minutos en 120C-150C (250F-300F). Pero por favor – conservar su textura esponjosa delicada: ¡el ningún microwaving, por favor!
Prepare the Muffin tin: You can use cupcake wrappers for these muffins, OR, you can grease you muffin pan with butter, vegetable oil OR non-stick spray.
Mix together all the ingredients in the first section (up until the Moscatel Raisins).
Let stand for 10 mins so that the fruit can get re-hydrated.
In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. (20 strokes or so)
Spoon the batter into the muffin cups.
Fill each Muffin cup to the rim. (Don’t worry, this will ensure you get beautiful plump muffins every single time).
Bake for 20 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Tips
Prepare everything the night before, wrap in plastic wrap and leave in fridge overnight. In the morning, pop them in the preheated oven while you get ready and enjoy freshly baked muffins for breakfast without the hassle of getting up extra early. (Baking may require an extra 5 mins since the batter will have started off cold).
